CK Design & Development, LLC (“CKD&D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Apex Mini Map mobile application (“Apex” or the “App”).
Apex provides an arcade-style driving minimap using device location, heading, speed, motion signals, and map data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Apex or contact us for support.

Apex uses location while the App is in use and location permission is enabled.
Location access is necessary for Apex’s primary live-minimap functionality. If you deny or disable location permission, some or all driving-map features may not function.
You can change Apex’s location permission at any time through iOS Settings.
Apex is not designed to allow other Apex users to view or track your location.
Mapbox’s mobile SDK may transmit de-identified location and usage telemetry to Mapbox to support and improve Mapbox products and services.
You may use the Mapbox privacy, attribution, or telemetry control made available within Apex to opt out of Mapbox telemetry. Disabling telemetry may not prevent information from being transmitted when it is necessary to provide a map feature that you request.
You may also disable Apex’s access to location through iOS Settings, although doing so will limit the App’s functionality.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your information for third-party behavioral advertising, and we do not use Apex to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Deleting Apex generally removes information stored locally by the App, subject to the behavior of iOS backups and other Apple services.
CKD&D does not maintain its own server-side database containing your location history or driving history.

Requests concerning information controlled independently by Mapbox should be directed to Mapbox through the privacy-request methods described in Mapbox’s Product Privacy Policy.

Mapbox and other service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your place of residence.
Where required, service providers are responsible for using legally recognized safeguards for international data transfers.
Apex currently uses Mapbox for map and location-related functionality.
Mapbox’s processing is governed by the Mapbox Product Privacy Policy, Mapbox Terms of Service, and other applicable Mapbox documentation.
Apex may also rely on Apple and iOS services. Information processed independently by Apple is governed by Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Apex, our practices, third-party services, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or another appropriate method.
